There have been some inconsistent service and food experiences reported by guests, leading to occasional disappointment.

The hotel had very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. the rooms were well-appointed with great views of the ocean and were located near the river. the continental breakfast and food at the restaurant were also of good quality.

The staff was focused mainly on taking advantage of guests. They charged excessive fees, lied about taxi services and took advantage of their monopoly on transportation.

The hotel's location was amazing, nestled in the midst of lush greenery and beautiful nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and well-trained, making us feel right at home. The restaurant had a fantastic menu with lots of options, and we enjoyed the spa treatments that were on offer. we appreciated the attention to detail, particularly the in-room amenities.

Although we had an enjoyable stay, some things could have been better. The gym was no doubt well-equipped, but it was quite small, and the juice was not freshly squeezed, which left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

I had the most amazing time during my stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. I didn't have to worry about parking as there was ample space available. The location of the hotel in the midst of magnificent nature was a dream come true. Being close to the beach and the ocean meeting a river was simply breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful black sand beach and the mouth of Rosalie River right on the Atlantic shore. It was a truly serene and peaceful place to vacation. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate, always going above and beyond to assist us, even with last-minute changes to our arrangements. They even helped us hire a car on very short notice, which was outstanding service.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.
